Water Delivery Procedure- To place an order for water delivery, please call us (519-445-0292) or email us (koolkidzice1@gmail.com), we will be more than happy to take your order.
- When placing a delivery order, please ensure to indicate any special delivery instructions/details that may apply so we can let our drivers know. - For water deliveries, we do jug exchanges, meaning the customer is to leave out their empty jugs in exchange for the same amount of full jugs, if the customer would like to purchase additional jugs, there is a charge for the new jug purchase on top of the water price. - For payment, we accept Cash, Cheques, and E-Transfers. - All E-Transfer payments can be sent to koolkidzice1@gmail.com. - E-transfer payments must be received BEFORE delivery is completed. - If customer is not home during the time of delivery, the drivers will leave a notice on the door that they were there. If customer leaves empty jugs and payment left outside for the drivers to exchange, then the order will be completed. However, if the customer is not home during time of delivery and does not want it to be left outside, or if the customer fails to answer the phone or door when the drivers are attempting delivery, then the order will be taken back to the shop and rescheduled for the next day. |
